Miss S.A.A. and the Retinal Detachment

Miss S.A.A. married a vendor of underwear at the early age of sixteen. Ever since, they lived in piety and thankfulness. Unfortunately, they didn’t beget any children. The husband passed away to leave his wife in misery and loneliness. The poor widow used to weep so bitterly that her eyesight was affected. At first, she got a cataract. Yet, thanks to charitable people, she was successfully operated on and regained her eyesight.

Unfortunately, however, she started to suffer from a sharp pain in her right eye which ophthamologists diagnosed as retinal detachment. In effect, she is in dire need of an operation lest she lose her eyesight for good. Her lean pension, 300 EGP per month, is hardly sufficient to cover her bills, medications, and this urgent operation.

Miss S.A.A. is in dire need to have a retinal-detachment-sealing operation.
