Today’s case is about a poor family. The mother is 65 years old and the father is 73 years old. They have 8 children yet they don’t have regular wages. The father suffers from hypertension, diabetes and hernia. The mother suffers from a colt and something is going wrong with her spine. There bathroom and kitchen are in bad shape. The tiles are in bad condition due to water beneath the floor. The walls are damaged due to high humidity. They live on their pension which is 360 LE and they go an aid from the church, 300 LE and 70 LE from St. Mark’s cathedral. Their children are laborers and their daily wages are meager, besides they live in highly-rented houses. The husband is old and can’t work and they spent most of their money on medications. They don’t have any money to fix the walls or the damaged tiles and the floor of the flat needs to be renewed.

The need: 1) fix and renew the kitchen
