“Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly.”

A 55 year old father has three sons and he was feeling ill seven year ago and the doctors found out that he developed a clot. He underwent a surgery to get a stent in his heart at Ahmed Maher Hospital. Three months ago he began to suffer again from pain and was unable to move. He had been laid off as he was unable to do his job duties. He went to a cardiologist who diagnosed that he had 3 blocked arteries and he is in need of three stents. The surgery costs 45000 pounds. He has no medical insurance. He has no one to help him. He has 4 brothers and 2 sisters yet they are all destitute. They helped him a little bit to provide for his family but they don’t own the costs of the operation. Thus, God guided his sister and him to Atohobony. They were warmly welcomed by the staff. He is in bad need to undergo the surgery to be able to lead a normal life. He needs to provide for his family and his children who are in different school stages. He hopes he could be able to go back to work.

The need: Undergo a cardiac catheterization procedure and placing 3 stents in the heart arteries.
