Today’s case is diagnosed to have diabetes. He is jobless and is visually impaired. At young age, he was a mechanic. At 16 he worked at a gas station. His sight began to deteriorate gradually and was accompanied with dizziness. He got married and had children. Burden compiled over his shoulders till his psychological state deteriorated. His income is close to nothing. He is the father of 7 children. Life has pushed him hard. Diabetes made him lose his eye sight. Thus, he is not able to work at all.
