Today’s case is about 50-year old woman and her husband had an accident due to work injury as he is working as an assistant driver and his job includes loading and up[loading bricks. He broke his leg while getting down out of the car and he had a fracture in the joint and he has four screws and four plates fixed to his legs. She was living in rented flat for 50 pounds a month, yet the landlord cast them out and the church granted them a flat, yet its rent is 350 pounds. She has no fixed income. She has 2 sons, one of them is working as a tuktuk or three-wheeler driver and earns 15 pounds a day, the other is electrician and earns 20 pounds a day and a daughter. She is diabetes and had her leg amputated. She has no one to help her and no income. Her other leg had something wrong and the doctor asked her to do an X-ray that costs 500 pounds. Her medications cost 150 pounds a month. Her 7-year old husband works as a guard now and his daily wage is 20 pounds. She is in bad need for prosthetic leg. The church helps a little bit and covers her family’s other needs but she has not enough money to buy the prosthetic leg. She wants to move freely. She wants to go to the toilet without someone’s help. Due moving difficulty .she stumbled and hit her eye. She waited for a long time till some of the neighbors knew and came to carry her. No one helps her financially. Her other leg would be amputated if she hasn’t done the X-rays and fixed it. She depends totally on her daughter though her young age as she is 11 year old.

The need: To buy a prosthetic leg.
