Today’s case is a woman who is 47 years old and was married since she was 23.She was diagnosed with rheumatic fever since she was 4 but her family didn’t care to help her to get the suitable treatments. She is married to a vendor who distributes clothes from the factory to the shops. Since the 21^st-Jan revolution, his wage decreased by 50%. Her case deteriorated and she went to the doctor who transferred her to the heart institution. They told her she had a problem with 2 heart valves, the first was narrow and the other was suffered a mitral stenosis and she had to undergo a surgery. Her son is working with his dad and her daughter is in school and she can’t afford for her expenses. She can’t do her house chores or climb the stairs. She doesn’t have anyone to help her and she had to undergo the surgery as soon as possible. Her life was dedicated for her siblings and she forgot about herself and her case. She wasn’t able to go to the doctor. She wants to resume her life normally and undergo the surgery.
