Mrs. M.A.W. – December, 11, 2015
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
A married lady with four children had an accident when she was 23. She fell from the third floor; which led to an injury in her back and leg and she stayed at home for a whole year unable to move. Afterwards, she started to move gradually using a stick. Then, she was suffering from bleeding at her heel. She underwent many surgeries to treat it yet to no avail. Her foot developed gangrene and a decay and at last her leg was amputated and after many years she underwent another amputation.
She was advised to be examined by an orthopedic who advised her to use a suction device that costs 18000 pounds or to get another amputation. She also suffered from health problems regarding her back. She went through many operations that treat the decay causing her heel to bleed. Her fall of the 3rd floor led to that problem. She used to wear a synthetic leg made at home and it needed to be amputated fully as the previous operation was a failure. She is in bad need for a new prosthetic leg. She needs to be examined by a cardiologist and orthopedic doctor.
