Our lady is 30-year old and she suffers from diabetes. She once felt chest pain and could not move her arm. Checking-up shows that she suffers from a heart failure and needs a cardiac catheterization. It helped her to restore her normal life. However, doctors told her she needs an open-heart surgery as soon as possible lest acute myocardial infarction occur, if so, the operation would be of no use. She cannot lead a normal life nor take care of her children. She cannot afford for the operation. She gets her medications for free from the Diabetes Institute. She suffers from blockage at three heart arteries and in dire need for a surgery.
